POSITION: HR Administration
WORKING LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, insurance and other related documents.
* Perform activities related to management of working time, registration, leave, maternity leave and other requirements of employees.
* Handles recruitment and application procedures, conducts tests and interviews, and conducts the recruitment process.
* Support staff training and development, including providing information on policies, procedures and training courses.
* Carrying out activities on health insurance and other welfare regimes for employees.
* Support to resolve issues related to salary, benefits and other employee issues.
* Perform other reports and administrative tasks as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduated from university, college majoring in Human Resource Management or related fields.
* Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
* Good communication and management skills.
* Careful, accurate and able to work independently.
* Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience in HR administration is an advantage.
