    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Implement the recruitment process: screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews.
    • Perform HR procedures: onboarding new employees, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
    • Calculate salaries and benefits.
    • Plan and organize welfare activities: annual trips, holidays, team-building.
    • Answering questions regarding human resources policies; handling arising labor relations issues.
    • Managing the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
    • Effectively control budgets and administrative costs.
    • Working with government agencies: Tax authorities, Social Security agencies, etc.
    • Monitor, conduct periodic inspections, and renew the company's operating licenses.

    - Job requirements:

    • Good Chinese language skills from HSK 4.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience.
    • Thorough understanding of Vietnamese labor law and insurance policies.
    • Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
    • Capable of analyzing data and generating reports.
