    Job Description

    JD:

    Draft & send contracts to partners

    Send invoices to contracting parties

    Attend appointments with Japanese managers & assist with related issues

    Document translation (Vietnamese - Japanese)

    Interpretation in meetings with relevant agencies/partners

    Perform general administrative work & support Japanese boss

    Request :

    Female, under 30 years old

    College degree or higher

    Language level: Japanese N2

    1 year experience as a sales assistant or equivalent position

    Sociable, honest, eager to learn, not afraid of difficulties

    Priority is given to candidates who have studied or worked in Japan.

    Working hours: Mon~Fri (8:00-17:00), Saturday 1 day/month (8:00-12:00)

    Salary: 13 million
