Job details:
- Plan production of seasonal product codes according to the company's overall plan, make production orders, ensure product codes are completed on time and meet strict technical standards.
- Handle production issues between the workshop and the sample room. Supervise and coordinate the sample sewing and production process (cutting-sewing finished products)
- Control inventory and have a plan to eliminate raw material inventory. Understand raw material inventory information and have a suitable production allocation plan.
- Evaluate fabric quality for each season, choose work, negotiate prices with fabric and accessory suppliers.
- Responsible for monitoring and urging the progress of goods arrival.
- Quality Control and Monitoring (QC)
+ Coordinate staff, propose the most reasonable technical solutions, ensure output products meet quality standards compared to sample 1.
+ Control the quality of printed and embroidered products and finished products. Take the highest responsibility for the quality and progress of goods to the store.
+ Monitor and check the probability of parameters and quality of mass-produced products.
- Work with relevant departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Sample Room,...) on production designs, approve and contribute ideas for sample editing. Coordinate the development of technical standards, technical production documents (cutting - sewing - embroidery - printing - raw material standards - shrinkage)
- Proactively report results and arising issues promptly to direct managers as well as relevant departments.
- Train, develop and evaluate subordinate staff in depth, ensuring the company's human resource development strategy.
- Advise superiors on product development strategies and optimize work process efficiency.
Request:
- Age from 28-45 years old.
- At least 02 years experience in similar position.
- College/university graduate in related major.
- Have experience and knowledge of fashion, pattern making, tailoring, and human resource management.
- Master knowledge in the garment industry.

+ Fixed salary: from 15 million - 25 million (depending on ability)
+ Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
