    Job Description

    Job Duties
    - Translation tasks:
    • Interpretation in meetings with customers and partners
    - Support from requirement definition to operation:
    • Understand customer needs and company intentions, then communicate them to IT service providers
    • Identify and propose solutions to problems that arise during development
    • Support system installation and deployment
    • Support to handle problems arising during system operation
    - Market research support:
    • Conduct market research with Japanese experts during non-project development periods
    - Internal development tasks:
    • Develop internal business systems and simple applications during times when there are no development projects

    Request
    • Age: 25 ~ 35 years old
    • Education: University
    • Language: Japanese N2~N1
    Obligatory:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good communication skills (friendly attitude, caring for others)
    • At least 3 years of experience in IT field
    Prioritize:
    • Able to understand customer requirements accurately and explain logic to Japanese team
    Suitable personality:
    • On time
    • Professional when working with customers and partners
    • Ability to report, communicate and advise appropriately
    • Ready for business trip

    Working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 ~ 17:00
