Job Description

Research & propose strategies to ensure customer growth for all company products.

Analyze customer needs by segment, industry, sales channel, etc. with the goal of discovering new needs, building product development plans, and providing appropriate support services for each customer group specifically.
Research, analyze the market, analyze competitors, build growth plans on: attracting customers, onboarding customers, retaining and introducing customers, to ensure growth goals as well as maximize maximize cost efficiency.
Lead the implementation of market development projects and overall activities from promotional programs, feedback, to product optimization.
Work closely with the product development team to provide detailed information about customers, markets, and users with the goal of proposing product designs that closely match customer and market needs, ensuring competitiveness for the company's products.
Mainly responsible for customer metrics, revenue and cost efficiency.

Candidate requirements

Have good experience (2-3 years) in the fields of growth management, market analysis, user analysis, digital marketing.
Have in-depth understanding and experience of the eCommerce/software/sales software market and have a good understanding of regional specificities to design growth activities.
Strong communication & influencing skills;
Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
Results oriented and can deliver results under high pressure.
Good employee training skills.
