1./ About Marketing team management:
- Build marketing strategies for the team according to each goal: Branding and performance.
- Plan and implement Marketing, communication, advertising programs through online channels and using digital communication technology: website, facebook, wordpress, email, SMS ... or SEO, SEM, Google adwords activities. Implement in stages: Quarter/month.
- Assign work to each position in the team
- Support and connect tasks in the team.
- Responsible for team performance to superiors.
- Support monitoring and budget allocation for MKT campaigns.
2/. About Expertise:
- Digital content management: website, blog, and social networks.
- Manage social media channels.
- Develop a plan to implement digital marketing activities
- Statistics, deployment and analysis of target customers.
- Research the market using measurement tools, and develop marketing plans based on the market.
- Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through indicators (CiR, CAC, CPC, CPM, CPR, CPS...) Report on indicators and implementation results of BP Marketing.
- Support the design of communication content.
- Plan and coordinate offline events at the branch.
