Experience: At least 13 years working in a food factory or food processing environment.

Have worked in companies with food safety management systems such as ISO, BRC, FSSC...

Experienced in assigning work, monitoring progress, and training employees.

Quality control experience: Know how to handle product defects, analyze causes and propose corrective actions. Soft skills
Leadership skills: Team management, effective work assignment.

Good communication: Communicate clearly with workers, technicians and related departments.

Reporting skills: Record incidents, productivity, quality to send to superiors.
Other requirements
Withstand high work pressure
