Job Description

Work content:
- Teaching classes from N5 - N2 according to the roadmap and lesson plans available at KOHI.
- Required to be in charge until the end of the course (Normally a course will last 3-6 months)

Working time:
Teaching sessions:

Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m
Shift 2: 10:00 - 12:00
Shift 1: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (teaching shifts may vary by 15 minutes)
Shift 2: 7:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. (teaching shifts may vary by 15 minutes)

Request:

JLPT N2 level or higher
Teaching experience of 1 year or more
Priority is given to candidates who have experience and have been to Japan
Age: over 23 years old

Wage

Salary upto 450k/shift
- Prepared electronic lesson plans, test questions, and teaching materials
- 100% support for JLPT N1 exam costs once a year
- 90% support for N1 tuition at Kohi and free N2 and N1 textbooks if teachers need them.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and culture organized by Kohi.
- Bonus for students studying in the next course: 100,000 VND/student.
- Bonus of 500,000 VND to retain 70% of students until the end of the course.
- Holiday and New Year bonuses according to the teacher class mechanism.
- Salary increase once a year
