JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ENGLISH TEACHER .
Evaluate employees' English levels to design effective training materials that accommodate their busy schedules.
Develop and deliver customized English language courses.
Conduct engaging and interactive classes.
Regularly evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and feedback skills sessions to ensure they are improving their language.
Promote the use of English in everyday work situations, such as meetings, presentations, and email communications.
Work closely with the company to align language training with company goals and individual development plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience , preferred with adult learners or professionals.
Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.
Keep detailed records of employees' study habits and monitor their learning progress.
Class schedule: From 17:15 - 18:15 on Tue/Wed/Thur
Offer both online and offline training sessions.
Manage online classes with approximately 6 participants.
Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.
