    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Teaching:
      - Responsible for teaching both offline and online courses.
      - Collaborate with teams within the specialized department and other departments to ensure learning outcomes, continuously improve training quality, and create a comfortable learning environment.
    • (Optional) Student testing and support:
      - Perform on-site duties, including: Checking entrance exam scores, Assisting students during shifts, Teaching one-on-one classes.
      - Assessing abilities, developing personalized learning paths and plans.
      - Participate in mock exam events at our facility and at our partner locations.
    • R&D and the production of learning resources:
      - Conduct research and write scholarly articles.

    - Job requirements:

    • I love teaching English.
    • Cheerful and energetic
    • Possesses strong communication and lesson design skills; has the ability to evaluate and develop solutions to address learning problems among students.
    • Knowledge of foreign language proficiency certificates: overview, structure, assessment methods, and scoring systems.
    • Possesses basic research and inquiry skills; possesses writing and academic content creation skills.
    • Foreign language certificate:
      - For IELTS teachers: Minimum IELTS score of 7.5, with no skill below 6.5
      - For SAT teachers: Minimum SAT score of 1400
    • Qualifications/Certificates Required (Not mandatory)
      - Graduated from university with a major in English language teaching or English language.
      - And/or possess one or more teaching certificates, including:
      - TESOL, CELTA, TKT, DELTA, TEFL, TESL
      - Other pedagogical training certificates
      - Additional certifications can be obtained before becoming a full-fledged teacher.
    • (Optional) Possesses the mindset and skills to conduct scientific research on teaching and learning foreign languages in a personalized and contextualized manner.
    • (Optional) Possesses the mindset to build and design intellectual products such as books, textbooks, self-study materials, videos, and exam questions.

    • Pay rate: 200,000 - 600,000 VND/hour
    • Total income: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND (Teaching salary + Salary for professional projects and R&D activities)

    Working hours:

    • Monday - Sunday mornings: Ensure 6 sessions per week (at least 3 evenings per week)
      - Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
      - Afternoon: 2 PM - 6 PM
      - Evening: 6 PM - 10 PM
