    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    - Perform cash and non-cash transactions for customers (such as opening accounts, receiving deposits...) in accordance with TCB's procedures.

    - Provide services to individual customers in the fastest and best way.

    - Deal with customer requests within authority.

    - Check transactions/documents arising during the day

    - Compare transactions and cash amount, ensure the balance at the cash fund goes to zero after the transaction time expires

    - Checking documents that have been recorded for the previous day's transactions.

    - Make daily report after trading hours

    - Be a member of ATM fund-receiving team at branch/transaction office/neighborhood.

    - Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Leader of GDV.
