    Job Description

    1. Teaching:
    • Research and master the educational objectives, content, programs, university education methods, examination, testing, assessment regulations, position and requirements of the assigned subject,
    • Carry out the task of teaching courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management as assigned by the Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department.
    • Develop detailed outlines of courses assigned by the Faculty/Department;
    • Participate in designing electronic lectures and uploading them to the school's E-learning system.
    • Participate in developing training programs in the Faculty's majors in accordance with the School's training objectives in each period;
    • Complete the prescribed teaching hours,
    • Participate in sending students to internships at businesses and organize events for students within the scope of their expertise;
    • Participate in professional development activities: Building training programs, Guiding graduation theses, Guiding students in scientific research, Guiding students in revision, Exam invigilation, grading,...
    • Guide students in internship, internship report and graduation thesis,
    • Act as an academic advisor to students.
    1. Scientific research:
    • Preside over or participate in implementing programs, projects, scientific research topics, guide students in scientific research...
    • Scientific and technological research to serve the development of training and fostering programs, compilation of textbooks, monographs, reference materials, innovation of teaching methods and testing and assessment of subjects,
    • Write articles and presentations at conferences and scientific seminars
    • Carry out scientific research tasks according to school regulations.
    • Update and develop training programs according to new industry trends and business needs.
    • Participate in developing and improving training programs, ensuring that students are equipped with skills relevant to the labor market.

    REQUEST

    Degree:

    • Graduated with honors from a regular university with a major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • Logical, positive thinking; enthusiastic and creative, ability to work in a team and progressive spirit;
    • Have good communication skills, classroom management skills;
    • Have professional capacity and pedagogical knowledge.

    Prioritize:

    • Candidates have experience teaching at universities and working experience in businesses in the field of logistics and supply chain.
    • Candidates with potential or experience in writing international publications.
    • Proficient in office software.

    Experience:

    • Have teaching experience.
    • Have experience in specialized scientific research.
    • Pedagogical competence: Teaching with diverse and effective methods and techniques, using information technology.
    • Lecturers in this field need to have knowledge of logistics and supply chain to be able to guide students.
