* Production planning:
Based on the assigned master plan, the foreman prepares a production plan to ensure that the progress and quality requirements are met.
Based on the actual production situation, coordinate with the human resources department to recruit more workers if necessary.
Inform the production plan so that the workers know.
* Implementation of production plan:
Organize daily work assignment for workers in production shift.
Guide and urge workers to work in accordance with the technological process, on schedule, and product quality requirements.
Balance production capacity between departments, proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency. Be responsible to superiors for the production situation and progress.
* Management of machinery, equipment and goods:
Responsible for managing all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished products, etc., belonging to the production workshop under his/her charge.
Regularly check the operation of machines and equipment and promptly detect any damage and report it to the relevant department for handling so as not to affect the production progress much.
Proposing the purchase of new equipment to replace machines and equipment that are no longer usable.
Ensure raw materials and goods are arranged in the right place, not damaged.
* Other jobs:
Build and maintain a clean, safe and fire-preventing working environment at the factory.
Disseminate specific new policies and regulations of the company to workers.
Receives comments and feedback from workers and submits them to superiors for consideration.
Make daily production reports according to company regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
