1. Recruitment: Recruitment according to the Company's recruitment process.
- Responsible for recruiting personnel for assigned projects.
2. Training:
- Develop work instructions & cleaning procedures, instructions for machines, tools, chemicals, etc.
- Plan and conduct training for project employees, new employees.
- Attend professional training classes organized by the Company – when needed.
- Update and store training records: perform training certification, hand over the original to BP HCNS, save a copy.
- Responsible for training for all employees of the projects in charge.
3. Service quality: To be responsible for the service quality for the assigned works.
- Correct implementation of Service Deployment Process and related processes.
- Directly supervise and develop construction documents for new projects, report to make proposals to organize the works in accordance with the requirements of the Client: construction of MTCV, Work norms (statistics) cv items implement give time norms), Work route, Material norms at each location.
- Carry out inspection and inspection of cleaning works according to the set plan (with approval of the direct leader): sense of discipline (observance of time, card uniforms, attitude, work, etc.) style of employees; cleaning the property, cleaning equipment and storage, ...; evaluating service quality (according to the process); collecting opinions of customers.
- Review and adjust the assignment and work arrangement at the construction site when detecting inadequacies approved by the direct manager. Report and be present in a timely manner, propose solutions to arise at the construction site;
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of periodical works at the construction sites, control the quality of the team who come to work periodically at the construction sites.
- Inspect and review equipment and materials to support cleaning work at construction sites; advise the management on the proposal to increase, decrease and supplement based on the actual needs of the project.
- Coordinate with HR department to arrange personnel: Arrange and arrange replacement staff when the main employee leaves.
- Remind employees to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Company; explain the staff's problems to the best of their knowledge (when going to check).
- Implement and maintain 5S at the site;
- Representing the company to work with customers on issues related to service quality; handle other tasks when authorized by the leadership (when going for inspection/when needed).
- Responsible for income, summarizing acceptance test minutes, handing over & evaluating service quality at works (monthly) for browser handing over the original via BP Accounting & saving a copy - at the latest 02 monthly.
- Report and be present in a timely manner, propose solutions to arise at the construction site.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to come up with a way to solve problems report to the management to improve the quality of service at the works.
- Responsible for solving all arising problems and opinions of customers & employees during the service performance at assigned projects.
• Internal affairs: Coordinating with relevant BPs to handle the work according to the prescribed order and procedures.
• External relations: Transactions with units, organizations, and functional agencies to deal with work related to the assigned work.
• Report in accordance with the Company's regulations, take responsibility for all their reports before the Board of Directors.
• Perform other tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors of the Company.
