- Receive the project and prepare for construction
- Monitor progress, ensure the progress and quality of the work
- Develop plans, study, understand and accurately implement drawings and construction methods.
- Prepare construction plans, staffing plans, completion time.
- Urging and coordinating teams to perform at the construction site.
- Report daily construction status at the site to the Director (progress, quality, volume)
- Proactively solve problems arising on the project. Information and coordination of related departments to quickly solve arising problems in an efficient and optimal manner.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of Department or the Board of Directors
