1. Job details
- Receiving orders, planning and organizing the production of goods
- Advise on the organization and arrangement of the organizational apparatus, and at the same time propose measures to improve and innovate methods and models of organization and management.
- Organize production, according to the technological process and assigned orders and plans. Ensure on schedule and product quality
- Manage and control the status of machinery and equipment in the workshop
- Manage employees in timekeeping, salary proposal, staff capacity assessment, employee training
- Receive reports and make reports directly to the Production Director.
2. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Production Manager Graduate from college or higher
- Have excellent strategic thinking mind (including integrated, analytical, systematic, creative and logical thinking);
- Dynamic, hardworking, eager to learn, Master the processes, procedures, ISO standards and regulations of the Factory Ability to handle conflicts and contradictions in the organization.
