    Job Description

    - Assign and supervise staff serving parties, conferences, restaurants.
    - Support restaurant management to maintain and control standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
    - Manage the shift of service staff and arrange work assignments for guest service staff according to prescribed standards
    - Supervising employees to comply with company rules and regulations
    - Other tasks assigned by superiors
