Job description

General supervision of all daily activities of the service team at the restaurant
Ensure the quality of service in accordance with the standards and regulations of the restaurant.
Coordinate and support business activities to ensure sales targets.
Receive and coordinate with departments to handle requests, problems and complaints of guests.
Training and professional development for service team.
Periodic report to Manager
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked through Fine Dinning
Good conversational English
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Enthusiastic and proactive in work.
Can do broken shift 2-3 days/week alternately.
