    Job Description

    • Closely manage and monitor the import/export of components and materials for machinery and equipment.
    • Prepare and monitor budget plans, make lists of new purchases of components/equipment/tools, and supplies for new equipment or maintenance of the department and submit them to superiors for approval.
    • Set up record management of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
    • Plan and carry out periodic/unscheduled maintenance, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, check progress and quality.
    • Research to improve efficiency and stability of components and machinery throughout the factory.
    • Research and propose solutions to upgrade/ troubleshoot/ maintain to increase the operating life of machinery and equipment systems in the factory, ensuring working conditions and labor safety for employees.
    • Evaluate and accept newly purchased and processed machinery and components. Evaluate and accept machinery and equipment after warranty, maintenance and repair.
    • Manage and coordinate work, supervise department members to ensure work is in accordance with technical standards and completed on schedule.
    • Periodically organize skill tests for technical positions, ensure training/education to meet the needs of the production site.
    • Periodically report to superiors on work status.
    • Working hours from Monday to Saturday, can work shifts if required
