Job Description

A. Requirements:

Male/Female, age 30 to 40; willing to travel to provinces as planned and required (with business expenses as prescribed)
Proficient in customer exploitation skills on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiki,...)
College or university graduate majoring in business administration, marketing or other related fields.
Have experience working in positions such as sales team leader or equivalent positions for 2 years or more.
Have communication and negotiation skills
Leadership skills, presentation skills
Customer management skills

B. Job description:

Team management and recruitment and training help employees improve their professional qualifications, working skills and sales skills.
Search for new customer data, search for agents, shops... selling cosmetics on e-commerce platforms, then outline a marketing plan for employees to implement, set up a direct approach to each type of customer to sell and train employees.
Directly consult/make sales calls with team members; Ensure revenue targets according to assigned targets, assign targets to sales staff. Set up target implementation plans and deploy them to sales staff.
Plan your budget accordingly to grow your market.
Establish a network of sales territories and assess the level of competition in each territory.
Monitor, supervise and make adjustments, coordinate and support to ensure sales targets are always met; Set reasonable sales targets to plan and implement.
Evaluate and prepare periodic reports to superiors on team work.

C. Benefits:

Total income 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND/month (Including: Basic salary from 15 - 17 million + Lunch allowance 780,000 VND + Phone allowance 300,000 VND + Sales)

D. Working time and place:

Working time: Meeting and reporting at the office every Monday, proactively planning and going to the market on the remaining days.
Working location: Hanoi and neighboring provinces such as: Lai Chau, Yen Bai, Quang Ninh, Ha Giang, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Thanh Hoa)
