- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the team and submit them to the Sales Director for review
- Manage regional team. Ensure the team's working process achieves maximum efficiency
- Evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations for effective group business operations.
- Support staff in the process of finding and contacting customers.
- Search, expand sales scale, increase the number of suppliers
- Maintain relationships and take care of existing customers;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues regarding product prices, promotions, and inventory status
- Monitor the team's business indicators, make periodic business reports
- Carry out other arising tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
RIGHT:
- Salary: high hard salary depending on ability (from 14 - 16 million) + commission + Bonuses; (Income from 14-20 Million)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
