- Control and manage all inter-provincial goods: Import - Export - Inventory, ensure the progress of inter-provincial goods;
- Directly manage cargo handling staff and drivers;
- Assign, organize and arrange work for staff handling goods, drivers, ensuring the route of trucks to transship goods;
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze the operation process and ensure that the goods are transported to the right place, at the right time, according to the requirements;
- Handling and resolving arising cases related to goods and employees during the working process.
- Weekly status report, propose the optimal solution;
- The work according to the arrangement and mobilization of the upper management;
- Working time: 6 days/week, flexible rotation according to each area.
