POSITION: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
100% Japanese invested company in Phu My 3 Industrial Park, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ba Ria - Vung Tau City (There is a shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa, Vung Tau)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university majoring in Accounting/Finance/Auditing
- Have at least 4 years of experience in the related field
- IFRS knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of transfer pricing
- Knowledge of EPE management
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Have experience and understanding of cost calculation and cost analysis
- Proficient in Excel and English communication
- Good teamwork skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to supervise and support Accounting staff
- Salary: Negotiable according to ability
WORK CONTENT
- Check the accounting of AR, AP, GL entries, ensure accounting operations are accounted accurately
- Check month-end inventory reports from relevant departments
- Organize month-end and year-end inventory
- Perform cost calculations on the CS system
- Check the cost analysis report on the CS system
- Prepare cost analysis reports
- Support in improving the billing system
- Manage inventory data according to EPE regulations, verify inventory differences between internal systems and customs systems
- Maintain internal control related to payment process, check payment documents before submitting for approval
- Support the Head of Accounting Department during tax inspection and annual financial statement audit
- Support the Head of Accounting Department to close books at the end of the month
- Support the Head of Accounting Department to prepare and check Tax reports
- Support the Head of Accounting department in preparing budgets/estimates, preparing monitoring reports, and analyzing estimates
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Accounting Department.
