- Implement fire protection construction drawings in accordance with the actual situation from approved drawings after receiving construction orders from the board of directors.
- Make construction plan, separate material volume and propose material department to supply materials to the construction site according to each construction phase.
- Implement actual construction at the site, arrange resources, monitor and urge progress for construction teams at the site, ensure technical and aesthetic quality of the fire protection system at the site.
- The contractor's representative conducts acceptance with the investor or general contractor after gathering materials and each construction stage at the site.
- Resolve arising issues as directed by the board of directors at the site.
- Regularly and continuously report on progress and arising tasks to the board of directors or competent person.
- Perform other tasks as required by the board of directors.
