*Job description:
Draw construction drawings and complete MEP items: electricity, lighting, network, voice, HVAC, fire protection
- Construction survey
- Peel off the volume and quote for MEP parts: electricity, network, telephone, refrigeration. Fire protection, water supply and drainage
- Establish design schedule and construction schedule
- Explain and explain the volume to the investor
- Demonstrate implementation to the Management Board and CDT
- Preparation before construction: explain and explain to the building management board and investor before and after construction
- Prepare construction implementation plan
- Work with subcontractors and labor teams
- Monitor progress, volume, and quality of MEP items
- Meeting and reporting project progress
- Acceptance of quantities with customers
- Search and purchase: Buy supplies, materials, and equipment for construction
- Summary of project costs: Materials, labor, quotes from subcontractors
- Project document management: Synthesize contracts, quotes, invoices of subcontractors and suppliers
- Search for subcontractors and suppliers: Continuously search for new subcontractors and suppliers with good quality and prices
*Job requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in building MEP construction, at least 1 year of supervision experience
- Industry: Light electricity, Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Water supply and drainage or other related industries. Priority is given to electrical engineering
Understand the knowledge of electricity, refrigeration, and networks: understand the principles and how to implement construction
