III. Job description
1. Manage and operate the business operations of the store chain.
2. Manage revenue and costs of each CH, research and propose solutions to reduce costs and increase revenue.
3. Research, learn, and collect information on market conditions, prices, and sales activities of competitors
4. Coaching and training CH staff to improve knowledge, skills, and sales operations; Promote the spirit of solidarity and attachment among employees at CHs in the system, contributing to building and developing corporate culture.
5. Proactively handle problems that arise with customers, respond and resolve complaints
6. Propose sales and marketing promotion programs to achieve profit goals and promote the Cake brand image.
7. Coordinate with MKT decore team, organize sales events and activities at CH
8. Participate in building and improving processes/regulations related to operations and business of CHs
9. Carry out professional reports according to the direction and assignment of the Direct Manager and the company's Board of Directors
