Objectives and scope of work responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the sales team at the affiliated stores. Ensure good implementation of regulations, advice and customer care
2. Come up with ideas and coordinate the implementation of plans and promotions to ensure target revenue
3. Build an efficient and happy sales team
Working time:
8:00am: Monday - Friday
8:00 am: Saturday
Probation period: up to 2 months
Work location:

Work:
- Set sales targets for stores in the region based on assigned sales targets.
- Organize, train and evaluate a team of competent and enthusiastic store consultants
- Proposing, planning and supervising the implementation of promotions to increase sales at stores and operating areas.
- Coordinate with Customer Care at shopping centers in managing employees, decorating stores, running promotions
- Timely handling of problems arising at the store, resolving customer complaints...
- Survey, research and evaluate the market to exploit and develop customers in the management area in order to diversify and accelerate the growth in market share and sales.
- Participate in the coordination of store setup, business events on major shopping occasions of the year
- Perform other projects and tasks under the business assigned by the Board of Directors.

Skills and experience:
- Priority is given to male friends, the ability to move flexibly between stores
- At least 2 years of retail chain supervisory experience, preferably in the fashion industry
- Having worked as a consultant/salesman in the fashion, cosmetics industry... is an advantage
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate personnel, build team capacity
- Strong planning and scheduling skills
- Ability to work multitasking
- Work accurately and with speed
