Job Description
Manage and assign work to QA and QC staff in the finished product group according to the QA organizational chart.
Ensure production quality according to customer standards.
Supervise and arrange work for HFI group
Check, monitor and synthesize HFI reports.
Under the direct command of the Quality Manager.
Contact and discuss work with managers of other departments within the scope of work.
Support QA Manager in product quality management process.
Use 80% of the time to process, check and monitor quality situations outside the production area, the remaining 20% of the time to create and process reports in the QA department.
Check, monitor, and synthesize HFI and NCR reports issued by QA and QC team leaders to send to relevant departments daily, weekly, and monthly.
Monitor the testing process of new products; Monitor the corrective action process; Monitor and support QA staff in training new QA/QC staff; Monitor the implementation of 5S, company rules and policies of QA and QC staff on shift.
Conduct a review of all standards before releasing them to the production area.
Monitor daily standard recalls in production areas.
Directly supervise and handle work outside the production area in a timely manner.
Contact relevant departments to resolve problems arising during production.
Recommend rewards and discipline employees within the scope of their authority.
Monitor the testing of new products.
Monitor corrective action progress.
Candidate requirements
Gender: Male / Female
Age: 22-40 years old.
Degree: High school or higher.
Major: Polymer Chemistry or quality management.
Team spirit.
Computer literate.
1 year or more experience in packaging industry supervision.
Have leadership and management skills.
