JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Monitor the machinery status, create maintenance plan and carry out maintenance activities in the Production.
2. Analyze problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product's quality.
3. Coordinate with warehouse department regarding inventory of spare part purchase in accordance with maintenance plan, crease request to regulate sufficiency of spare part for maintenance needs.
4. Supervise production process to achieve production productivity as well as monitor product quality.
5. Supervise production process in order to minimize production loss, minimize production cost, increase productivity of machinery as well as man power.
6. Supervise and control subordinates to effectively perform work related to associated standard requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP.
7. Coordinate with superior to prepare and control budget of department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Male 27 - 35 years old.
2. Working experience: At least 3-year-experience in the similar position in manufacturing company, especially industry in the food canning line manufacturing or related industry.
3. A Bachelor or higher level with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related Industrial Engineering.
4. TPM implementation experience.
5. Lean Six Sigma certified and knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001 is a plus
6. English communication.
7. Computer skills: Microsoft office.
