WORK CONTENT
- Responsible for the business situation of the company's entire online sales channel: Fanpage, Website, E-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,..)
- Ensure Business KPIs: Volume/Value Growth, Market share, Profit, Forecast are accurate for assigned sales channels.
- Plan and implement strategic plans for each channel in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Come up with channel promotional campaigns that can maximize sales potential
- Develop and manage sales budgets to ensure all sales activities align with company strategy and budget
- Make assumptions about bad situations that arise during business and how to handle those problems.
- Ensure enough sales to meet customer needs at an optimal level by planning and forecasting weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets
- Consulting, coaching and training the sales team; holds people accountable, providing the tools for success including individual KPI development and a monitoring system to ensure all key objectives are met.
- Support direct Managers in establishing pricing policies and identifying potential markets for products and services. Operate and manage other assigned projects.
- Actively generate valuable feedback to secure market share and build brand as well as identify and propose new and improved business opportunities to strengthen the brand
