    Job Description

    • Managing the accounting department helps the company track and implement cost optimization targets.
    • Based on the financial statements to provide analysis and plan to use finance for business purposes as well as reasonable investment decisions.
    • Together support annual audits, prepare financial and management reports, manage budgeting processes, provide financial analysis, and review control weaknesses.
    • Monitor cash flow in the business.
    • Manage policies and take charge of and direct the implementation of the company's financial strategies.
    • Orient and advise the leadership in the development of financial issues, help superiors understand the economic situation of the company and make business development plans.
    • Monitor, check and evaluate the work performance of employees.
    • Training, guiding and improving professional skills for periodical accountants.
    • Identify internal financial reserves, reduce costs for the business.
    • Managing and organizing meetings of the accounting department.
