2.1 Building product strategy
a/ Research the market, analyze competitors and identify user trends to build appropriate product development strategies.
b/ Define long-term product development vision and roadmap, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
c/ Coordinate with relevant departments (marketing, business, engineering) to unify strategies and ensure consistency in implementation.
2.2 Product life cycle management
a/ Plan, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product development projects.
b/ Prioritize features and improvements based on user data and business goals.
c/ Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with legal regulations.
2.3 Leading the product team
a/ Build and develop a highly capable product team, ensuring cohesion and work efficiency.
b/ Assign work, communicate clearly and create a positive working environment.
c/ Train, guide and support team members to develop professional skills.
2.4 Optimize user experience
a/ Collect and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.
b/ Conduct A/B testing to optimize the performance of features.
c/ Ensure the product has a friendly interface, is easy to use and meets user needs.
d/ Perform other tasks as required by Superiors and the Company.
2.5 Coordination with relevant departments
a/ Work closely with the marketing department to implement product promotion campaigns.
b/ Coordinate with the sales department to develop product and service packages suitable for the market.
c/ Coordinate with the technical department to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of technological solutions.

-University degree or higher in business administration, information technology, finance or related majors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, priority given to candidates with experience in finance and fintech.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Income: negotiable based on ability + bonus.
-1 day off with pay on birthday.
