    Job Description

    • Advise the Director, build a comprehensive strategy for factory development according to short-term, medium-term and long-term programs;
    • Manage and operate the factory's production activities according to assigned functions and tasks;
    • Make production plans, implement production plans, provide appropriate monitoring measures and solutions to ensure departments and teams/teams follow the plan in terms of progress and quality.
    • Direct, inspect, urge and promptly adjust production plans for orders at the Factory to meet the schedule committed to customers;
    • Develop production norms (materials, labor...) for each type of product;
    • Manage and arrange personnel, organize work assignments, urge and supervise production departments and teams/teams, on schedule and with quality according to standards;
    • Manage all machinery, equipment, supplies, finished products, and goods under the factory's management;
    • Research and search for new technical solutions to apply in production and improve product quality;
    • Building a factory management system according to 5S standards;
    • Develop effective work management measures (Regulations, processes, measures to encourage labor, reward and discipline labor);
    • Evaluate work performance and production plans of the factory periodically by month, quarter, and year;
    • Proposing plans to improve and upgrade machinery and equipment to serve production to achieve the best efficiency;
    • Research and propose forms of close coordination between the Production Department, the Mining Department, the Sales Department, as well as other specialized departments to optimize the overall work efficiency of the Company.
    • Report work to the Director periodically and irregularly as required,
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
