- Make and stick to weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly cost plans for the factory block.
- General report on the cost of the factory block, evaluating the results and performance of the factory's work on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, periodic and irregular basis.
- Factory management according to 5S, Kaizen, ISO standards and factory standardization campaigns.
- Be responsible to the company for the operation and operation of the factory.
- Consulting and consulting on management methods to improve factory quality, optimizing costs and consulting investment to expand production scale.
