- Have basic knowledge of law related to Information Technology activities.
- Understand Japanese culture.
- Japanese level N2 or higher, knowing English is an advantage.
- Ability to think in connecting and resolving conflicts between departments within the Company.
- Proficient in using software in the field of Information Technology.
- Good communication skills, confident, agile, careful, meticulous, always requiring high accuracy, creativity, flexibility in handling work, ability to present, defend, and present
- Resistant to high pressure at work.
- Ability to adapt to changes in development in the field of information technology.
Requirements/ Requirements
- Preferably male, Graduated from University majoring in information technology
- Japanese N1 (Required): proficient in speaking and writing skills. Priority is given to knowing more English
- Have over 03 years of experience in the field of information technology and 01 year or more experience in management.
- Understand Japanese company culture.
- Ready for frequent business travel

Salary, bonus:
- Salary: Negotiable
- Bonus: 13th month salary + performance bonus (depending on business activities)

Working conditions:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.), 1 hour lunch break
