    Job Description

    Business Manager:

    Analyze the market situation to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the product and the Company.

    Evaluate the Company's business programs and system development from time to time.

    Collect and synthesize information about competitors and competitive products.

    Establish business network, business development.

    Develop policies, sales programs and implement business strategies.

    Build and maintain customer relationships.

    Implement sales work, responsible for revenue, sales, and assigned business performance.

    Management work:

    Responsible for managing the Company's business operations.

    Develop business network.

    Training, coaching and effective human resource development.

    Report and advise the Board of Directors on business strategy mechanisms.

    Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

    REQUEST :

    Degree: College or higher

    Skills & Experience:

    Experience: 02-04 years or more in a similar position. Priority is given to those working in the fields of equipment, machinery, aesthetics, and beauty.

    Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

    Good leadership, management and relationship management.

    have the ability to think strategically and plan.

    Other requirements:

    Ability to work independently & cooperatively with teammates.

    Professional style, skillful, reliable and high sense of responsibility;

    Able to work under high pressure.
