Job Description

Lead and manage all business activities of the company, including:

Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategies.
Develop markets and expand customer networks.
Manage and train sales staff. Monitor and evaluate business performance.
Report business results to the Board of Directors.
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with business partners.
Participate in negotiating and signing contracts with customers.
Market research and market trend analysis.
Update information on laws and regulations related to the wood business industry.
Propose solutions to improve business operations.

Candidate requirements:

Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing/Finance…..
3 years or more of experience in the field of Business and Sales (preferably in the wood industry)
Including at least 1.5 years in a position in charge of sales, management, and operations of the sales team.
Understanding of the wood material business market, especially in Dong Nai/Binh Duong/HCMC and surrounding areas...
Have excellent leadership and management skills.
Have good negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to work effectively independently and in groups.
Have a high sense of responsibility and good sense of discipline.

Right:

Salary: 20 to 50 million/month.
Allowance for meals and reception of guests.
Car provided for business trips.
Bonus% based on work results, holiday bonuses, etc.
