Job Description

TBEA Tianjin is looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Director with experience in the electrical industry to expand the company's business in the Vietnamese market, promote sales of products such as transformers, dry transformers and substations, etc.,

- Manage and operate the Transformer business department.

- Develop and implement plans and sales policies for Transformers.

- Organize collection, analysis and evaluation of market and competitor information.

- Recruiting & Training Transformer Sales staff to ensure adequate human resources for the company within the scope of responsibility.

- Responsible for Transformer Business activities before the company's Board of Directors.

- Advise the Board of Directors in planning Transformer business strategy.

- Periodically report work to the Board of Directors.

- Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the Company's Board of Directors.

Foreign language: Chinese/ English (specialized)
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, marketing or other related fields
Minimum 5 years in the position of Sales Director/Sales Manager/equivalent positions.
Establish distribution and assembly partnerships with transformer manufacturers to expand regional markets
Promote and sell dry transformers to general contractors working on construction projects.
Promote and sell complete stations to general contractors working on solar farms
Establish strategic partnerships with local power corporations and engage in centralized procurement of distribution transformers
Establish and maintain relationships with local and ministerial authorities and above
Collect market information, analyze competitor dynamics and develop sales strategies
Complete sales and KPI assigned by the company
Careful, alert, good adaptability in all situations.
Understanding of the transformer market, having a large customer base and close relationships in the industry. Priority is given to those with experience working for transformer manufacturers in Vietnam.
Have negotiation and communication skills
Able to travel and entertain guests outside of work.
