Job Description

Strategic management and business orientation development for the Travel and Airline Ticket Service Center.
Set goals, orient and lead departments in the Center to complete tasks.
Implement business targets according to assigned plans to ensure sales/profit targets.
Consulting, strategizing and developing tourism products, sales policies, market development... Planning, policies, and implementation plans for each department of the Tourism Center: Sales/Operations & MB ticket segment.
Control daily business activities at the center: employee working time, work quality, work attitude... from there evaluate the personnel of the center to have a personnel plan.
Control implemented sales/business policies to ensure compliance with requirements.
Control debt, sales plan of sales team; Review sales/business policies.
Manage, operate, complete procedures and regulations and be responsible for all activities of tourism and airline tickets.
Responsible for internal and external affairs to promote the Company's brand image.
Other tasks assigned by the Company's Board of Directors
