- Business management and operation of import and export services, transportation, freight and warehousing of the Branch.
- Setting goals, planning and implementing strategies and business plans to promote development and capture regional market share.
- Monitor, supervise and report the implementation of the plan according to the progress of each month, quarter and year.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Attracting, recruiting, training, developing sales staff and managing the sales team.
- Implement measures to reduce risks in cargo transportation and warehousing.
- Solving problems arising in the course of business operations of the Branch.
- To be responsible to the Board of Directors for the business results of the Branch.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
