Job Description

Organize and implement tasks required by the company's Board of Directors.
Manage all Sales/Marketing Department activities.
Responsible for completing business targets, including the following areas: Shark Group's training courses, Accommodation/restaurants and other services at CVG Entrepreneur Village discussed directly during the interview.
Plan to work with partners to enhance relationships and quality of cooperation to organize and develop training courses organized by the Company.
Organize the development of sales systems, control the performance of the business block, sales, and new sales channels according to plan.
Organize and implement business plans to ensure compliance with assigned plans.
Develop markets and expand customer relationships.
Manage customers and ensure service standards and quality for customers according to Company regulations.
Recruit and train staff in the Department.
Supervise and support subordinate staff.
Personal and departmental business planning.
Other tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Sales Department/Marketing Department as directed by the Board of Directors.
Income: Unlimited, based on sales achieved.
