Job Description

I. JOB PURPOSE:

- Search for new projects, coordinate with units to implement sales plans and strategies in line with the Company's direction.
- Manage and operate all sales activities, ensure project sales KPIs are achieved as directed by the Board of Directors.

II. DUTIES:

1. Plan long-term, medium-term and short-term business strategies according to the Group's overall strategy.
2. Survey, analyze and promptly grasp information of competitors and market trends to propose appropriate business strategies.
3. Planning, orienting and developing the market, developing distribution channels, building sales processes, building sales policies.
4. Develop plans, budgets, sales programs and appropriate solutions for each stage to promote sales.
5. Organize, implement and monitor the Company's business plan according to set goals.
6. Build and develop dealer network and sales system.
7. Organize and implement customer care activities.

8. Develop plans, budgets, project marketing orientations and coordinate with the marketing department to implement overall marketing strategies and sales marketing. At the same time, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities to promptly provide proposals, solutions, and plans to resolve arising risks or improve work efficiency.

9. Organize project training sessions, training at the model, project site tours so that the sales system and distribution agents can understand and feel the project better, bringing the best sales results.
10. Store records, documents and materials according to regulations.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned, delegated, or authorized by the Board of Directors.

Candidate requirements

1. University degree or higher in: Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, Marketing, ...

2. Proficient in office computer, Internet, word processing
3. At least 03 years of experience in the positions of Sales Director, Deputy General Director of Sales in the fields of Restaurants, Hotels...
4. Ability to communicate, negotiate and persuade.
5. Honesty and responsibility.
6. Leadership, management.
7. Ability to analyze and synthesize information, sensitive to market trends.
8. Understand legal knowledge in the field of real estate business.
9. Withstand high pressure at work, willing to travel far as required by work.
