Job Description

Plan strategic goals and monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the sales department.
Plan budget to achieve goals
Develop customer strategies, products and services for each market
Develop training and development plans for the sales team
Build, adjust and perfect the system of operating procedures and regulations
Deploy strategic goals and action plans to the entire team below
Implement exploitation and development activities to expand customer and market scope.
Direct and deploy sales activities to maintain old customers and develop new customers through appropriate channels
Direct, supervise, guide and evaluate results and adjust the work of affiliated departments
Recruit and select suitable personnel to meet job requirements and objectives
Arrange and arrange human resources appropriately to maximize business performance and efficiency
Training and coaching human resources to develop and improve team capacity
Make periodic and arising reports
