Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan
Collect, analyze and evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations
Implement the Company's business policy
Approve and control company-level sales contracts according to the Company's regulations
Implement customer support activities
Responsible for production and business activities before the Board of Directors and State management agencies
Managing the Company's business activities to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese Law
Approving the group's business plan
Building, developing and managing a retail company chain
Training staff to ensure adequate supply of human resources for the chain of retail companies within the scope of responsibility
Building and developing customer service
Building a professional image and style for the retail company; Make a yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plan of the Company chain
Ensure the conformity of the Company's activities with the quality system
Organizing the Identification and Implementation of KPP Actions
Organize the handling of customer complaints at the company level
Organization of recruitment and training of employees of the Company
Evaluate subordinates
Collect and approve relevant quality indicators
Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors

Experience required

Graduated from College or higher in business administration, industrial management, sales, customer care, etc...or equivalent positions in the office.
Proficient in office computer skills, equivalent to grade B or higher.
At least 1 year experience in similar position.
Management skills.
