    Job Description

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
    • Graduated from a regular university majoring in business administration, marketing, economics, commerce, preferably from schools of Finance, Economics, and Commerce
    • Experience working as a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager.
    • Ability to run the business, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of salespeople in the organization.
    • Listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage, build and organize work effectively;
    • Develop processes, regulations, and professional guidelines to be applied to the business department in the company
    • University degree in related discipline
    • 3-5 years of experience in a business position
    • Fluent in English or Chinese
    • Resistant to high pressure at work
    • Good communication and negotiation skills, work planning and organization skills, staff training and coaching skills.
