Workplace
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve business goals & develop team capabilities.
- Forecast the market, establish business plans/strategies according to the policies and directions of the Chairman.Board of Directors to ensure sales and profit growth;
- Market development: search and develop new opportunities in the fields of Construction, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Business Administration, Finance, steel structure market, prefabricated houses, factories, cranes, rolling doors...;
- Building customer relationships;
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to development orientation and business strategy of the company;
- Responsible for implementing the contents and business plans approved by the Board of Directors;
- Allocate work, arrange tasks of departments and divisions to use human resources effectively; manage general operations of the company including business, finance, investment,... to ensure completion of set goals.
- Report work progress monthly/quarterly or ad hoc during the management process to the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements
- College degree or higher in Construction, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Business Administration, Finance.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position.
- Passionate about business
- Priority candidates: knowledgeable or have business experience in electrical cabinets, power grid equipment, traffic light poles, guardrails...
- Using computer software - excel, word skills.
- Good looking
