Job Description

Building strategy, products and services

Responsible for leadership and business operations in daily work.
Maintain and develop cooperative relationships to help businesses achieve strategic goals.
Responsible for direction and planning based on factors such as customer needs, market trends, and competitor products and services.

2. Build a sales strategy

Evaluate the market, develop strategies, implement business plans for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and functional foods on channels, and propose business policies suitable to market changes.
Business planning by month, quarter, year
Coordinate with R&D department to participate in product selection and development of new products to meet market needs.
Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement Marketing programs, promotional programs, effectively control Marketing programs, develop and control the brand identity system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to recruit and train subordinates in accordance with job requirements and company goals.
