    Job Description

    • Support the operation and management of factory activities: production, export, human resource management, assets... of the company according to assigned functions and tasks.
    • Plan and implement production plans in line with the company's short-term and long-term goals. Organize and implement factory production activities to ensure optimization and efficiency.
    • Organize work assignment, urge, supervise and evaluate departments under the Factory to ensure progress, quality and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with accountants to plan finances, determine budget needs of current and future projects.
    • Representing the CEO in foreign affairs with state agencies, partners, customers, ...
    • Together with the General Director, establish, amend and supplement regulations, documents... related to the company's operations.
    • Other tasks as required by the CEO (details discussed during interview)
