JOB DUTIES
Production manager
- Supervise work, plan, coordinate and implement production stages to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Monitor periodic reports of each department to have reasonable and timely management, use and maintenance plans for machinery and equipment.
- Research, create, design technical options, optimize production, achieve good results on the principle of safety, save costs, labor, equipment, electricity, water, etc. .
- Regularly inspect all work activities performed by subordinates. Check statistical data on production activities to evaluate effectiveness.
- Directly direct and provide solutions to overcome all difficulties encountered during the exploitation process.
- Check and sign to confirm material requests before submitting to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Organize regular internal meetings to disseminate any changes in regulations. Thoroughly remind departments to overcome limitations in the production process. Praise, reward, discipline, evaluate the capacity and awareness of employees...
- Advise Company leaders on issues of planning and development of exploitation scale.
- Control the quality of raw heavy minerals and meet the required recovery rate.
- Prepare weekly reports on activities and plans for the coming week
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual production plan reports and submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration and approval.
Asset and resource management
- Manage company resources, including project land scope, personnel, equipment, materials and manufactured products, ensuring that mining activities are conducted optimally.
* Safety, security and health management
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health practices and procedures training programs to ensure employees and contractors are working in a safe environment.
- Implement comprehensive safety measures, including emergency response plans, to ensure that the mine operates in a safe and secure manner.
Budget management
- Perform some other tasks as requested by superiors.
